bleh
i seriously hosed dinner.
portions, cooking, cleanup, everything. prep was okay, but i was missing ingredients, had too much of everything, picked the wrong pan, and put things in in the wrong order.
at least i had decent beer.
...
the beer also didn't come out as i wanted it to, but it's still beer, which is more than could be said for my dinner.
