the title is "Persian Love Song".

it's in a non-English language (my money's on Farsi) so I can't count on the lyrics, and the melody is only familiar in snatches, and it's a-cappeli or vocals only for themsofus that don't speakadelatin -- but it's been mixed and done by Delerium. aha!
