what a lame post. oh well.

i found me some magenta ink and i printed out more pics for my shrine. before i knew it, i was no longer ink-limited but pushpin-limited. argh! i found several pics from the 5/5 visit that i had overlooked, but which, when i viewed them now, blew me away with what they captured.
grace, silent beauty, smoothness, a subtle, unobserved smile. a fantastic pair of photos. all the other shots on the shrine embody the spirit of my hiking girl, which is no small thing to me -- that's who i fell in love with.
but this shot i found was of my love, it was of what else i got when i told my hiking girl i loved her. this is a shot of soft, feminine beauty that just can't be captured in a subject wearing a backpack or body armor.
it's the unexpected, unbeknownst part of the limitless joy that i stumbled into. it balances the shrine. it brings a wistful smile to my face that differs from the one i get from this or this.
