backpack
going backpacking this 4th o july weekend. made the camp res only today. it's a real simple-like trip as far as planning is concerned. only one night, there and back from state park parking lot. 10-12 miles for each of "there" and "back". it's my second backpacking trip ever.
i'll be filtering my own water.
i'm going by myself because i have no friends.
i'll probably die or catch a waterborne disease and wish i'd died.
should be fun.
Will you be hikamping in your hikilt?
not this time, it's a bit too heavyweight.
but once summer's over, you can bet on it.
