Just let me type my own freaking name into the list. I can do it, really! I do it all the time.

(okay, I think I guessed the reason they have this: some people are in the email system as, for example, " Lee" but call themselves "Bruce Lee". Or vice versa: "Bruce Lee" in email but call themselves " Lee". The dropdown is so you only enter your email name. fine. geez.)
