one niner zero!!!!!
i owe it all to the deadlifts.
and the hiking probably helps a lot too.
oh, and the self-discipline and the runs.
now that i made it, what am i gonna do?

for the history books:
DL : 4x255 (gimme a break, just came back to DLing this week)
BP : 4x225 (gimme a break, i have always totally sucked at the BP)
190 is not the end. i still have no visible abs. my arms are still small.
the body-fat-o-meter read 14%
for reference, the record book shows that on 4/25/2004, i was 216/17.9. around that time i was doing many sets, high reps, lighter weight. 3x205 seems to be the biggest BP around then, and the DL was a mighty 5x285.
but i remember: back then i was tired all the time, couldn't fit into my 36" levis, and didn't have a girlfriend :)
on the other hand, i could read hebrew.
on the other hand, my roasting skills were subpar.
on the other hand, i didn't know that at the time :)
